My Makeup Collection 2016! | Lip Drawer

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, the time has come to share the final drawer of my beauty stash with you all! This section just has to be my favourite – who doesn’t love a good lipstick? – and being a lip product junkie I have managed to accumulate a rather substantial collection.

I use a right old combination of different storage bits and bobs when it comes to organising my lip drawer. I have a couple of the plastic storage trays from Muji which I use in my other drawers too, as well as a shallow cardboard lid (DIYing it here, everyone) as well as a frosted grey cosmetics holder from TK Maxx (I can’t find the direct link, but have a look in store; that’s where I found mine).

As you can see I have a Zoella Beauty makeup bag hiding just behind that shallow lid which contains most of my tub lip balms along with some lip products that I don’t really use. I have several of The Body Shop Born Lippies along with some limited edition Vaselines. I have an acrylic tub holding a Maybelline lip gloss, a L’Oréal lipstick and a mini Clinique Cherry Pop lipstick.

Aside those products I have my acrylic holder from TK Maxx in which I keep the majority of my lipsticks! At the back I have a couple of YSL and Benefit lipsticks; I then have four MAC ones (my favourite of which would have to be Syrup) and along the front I have a Soap & Glory Pommie Girl lipstick (one of my current loves), Panorama Pink from Smashbox, KIKO’s 802 and 08 from the Rimmel Kate Moss range, all of which I like and use on a regular basis.

Hiding in the background I have a couple of Revlon Lip Butters in Juicy Papaya and Sweet Tart!

Next to the lipstick section I have a little stash of lip balms – I have my beloved Clarins Lip Comfort Oil, one from The Body Shop and some random other ones as well as the Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub which is so handy to keep hold of.

Behind the lip-care products I have three L’Oréal Infallible Mega Glosses which are absolutely brilliant! You can read my full review & see lip swatches here.

Just in front of the acrylic holder I have a large Muji tray which holds some more drugstore lipsticks are well as chubby sticks and lip glosses. I have a line of the Max Factor Colour Elixirs (Midnight Mauve is by far the best) with some lip liners at the back which I actually reach for rather often.

Just next to them are my glosses and chubby sticks, my favourites of which being MAC’s Go for Girlie, Soap & Glory’s Nudist and that gorgeous Max Factor gloss which, as you can see, is pretty much all gone.

The final part of my lip drawer is another Muji tray, and it essentially just holds odds and ends – some of which are regular additions to my beauty stash and others that are simply awkward in shape and won’t fit anywhere else.

I’m loving the NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams (see my lip swatches here), I’ll always reach for JLo’s Nude from L’Oréal and then I have a little stash of Max Factor Colour Intensifying Balms which are so brilliant for some low-maintenance colour. On the other side I have my beloved (and heart-breakingly expensive) Tom Ford Pussycat lipstick as well as a limited edition Sheer Shine from Estee Lauder.

So, that’s everything! I hope you guys have enjoyed taking a sneak peak into my beauty stash; I’ve loved sharing it with you. Let me know if/when you’d like me to update this in the future! See my FACE DRAWER and EYE DRAWER too!

What’s your favourite lip product?

Lots of love!
